Cancellation and Reschedule

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows are subject to a $20 fee per person and may require a deposit for future bookings. Repeated occurrences may result in refusal of service.

Running Late?

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled..

Services

• No refunds. We are happy to correct any issues. Please let us know of any concerns during your service.
• Gel polish lifts or chips within 7 days will be repaired at no charge (same color). Please call ahead to schedule. Excludes regular polish and gel polish changes.
• We are not responsible for any nail breakage that may occur after your appointment.
