Cancellation and Reschedule

  • Notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Appointment Cancelled or Rescheduled in less than 24 hours or No-Show will be charged $20 per person. You may also be required to provide a deposit to secure the next appointment. This fee aims to compensate our employees for the loss of revenue associated with the canceled/no-show appointment.

Running Late?

  • If you will be running a few minutes late for an appointment, please note a complete service may not be possible and some parts will have to be skipped. If fifteen minutes late or more, your appointment might have to be rescheduled.

Services

  • If you have any issues with the color, shape or anything else, please let us know at the time of the service.
  • If a lift/pop/chip does occur with gel polish within 7 days, we will fix your nails free of charge (same polish color). Please call in advance so we can accommodate with scheduling. Our guarantee is not applicable to regular polish and gel polish change.
  • We are not responsible for any nail breakage that may occur after your appointment.
